During the driving training process, the driver has no obvious feeling of the dynamics generated by the necessary false motion of the motion platform at any time. A 1000M Ethernet card is used to realize real-time communication between the motion platform and the vehicle dynamics simulation computer, and the data update cycle is <10m/s. In order to ensure the safety of the motion platform during operation, the platform is equipped with multiple safety protection and fault diagnosis functions such as mechanical, electrical, and software, and an emergency stop button.

The 6DOF racing simulator adopts the Stewart platform structure, which realizes the six-degree-of-freedom motion of the upper platform in space through the expansion and contraction of six sets of servo actuators.
