After importing or manually inputting the hinge point coordinates of the platform and the relevant parameters of the electric cylinder through the BoxLab software, the program calculates the elongation of the electric cylinder and the pose value of the platform according to the built-in positive solution and inverse solution algorithms, as well as the mutual conversion between them. At the same time, the generated data can also be saved as a csv format document that can be edited by excel software.


TecPlat six degrees of freedom platform hinge point parameters can be expressed in two ways, the first way needs to provide the following types of parameters:

1. The three-dimensional coordinates of the 12 hinge points of the upper and lower platforms;

2. Electric cylinder stroke;

3. The initial length of the electric cylinder.


Method 2 needs to provide the following types of parameters:

1. The diameter of the hinge circle of the upper and lower platforms and the distribution angle (or distance) of the hinge pints;

2. Electric cylinder stroke;

3. The initial length of the electric cylinder.


To verify the usage of new project parameters, first run CS_FI.exe in the folder.


Generate data files based on the LocLab mechanical model

First enter the 36 coordinate values of the 12 hinge points of the upper and lower frames, and the three values of the platform height, the initial length of the electric cylinder, and the elongation of the electric cylinder, and then fill in the project name in the ProjectName text box.


For example, "Second set of high precision", and then click Save to save it as a file. The name of the generated file is "config_Second set of high precision.csv".


Operate

After inputting the corresponding pose or elongation value of the electric cylinder, click Inverse or Forward to perform inverse and forward calculations.


Load data file

Fill in the project name in the ProjectName text box, such as "Second Set of High Precision", and then click Load to load the corresponding data parameters.


Software features:

1. Default "ProjectName" project name;

2. A configuration file that can be saved as the file name of config_xxx.csv, and a configuration file with the corresponding name;

3. Load and Save prompt function;

4. Processing of loading default values and dialog box prompts when loading config.csv fails;

5. The processing function when the text input box is empty;

6. Verification and prompt function of hinge point coordinate value (symmetry) and platform parameter value;

7. Prompt function when the elongation of the electric cylinder is negative;

8. The value can be cleared with one key and the color can be cleared.
